Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom-made products, and final sale items.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact Us: Email info@haussimple.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Approval: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
    3. Shipping: Ship items back with the RMA number included. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned after 30 days, not in original condition, or missing parts.

Exchanges

  • Process: For exchanges, follow the return process. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@haussimple.com with your order number and issue description.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed defective or damaged items.

Additional Information

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee for returns.
  • Return Shipping Address: Provided with your RMA number and return instructions.
